The Speaker stated that, without objection, the following, which was                                                            
held from the May 17, 2023, calendar (page 1163),  would be returned

    "An Act relating to insurance coverage for contraceptives and                                                               
    related services; relating to medical assistance coverage for                                                               
    contraceptives and related services; and providing for an effective                                                         
    date."
